Wymeswold Bowls Club.

Where You Are Always Welcome.

We are a mixed, flat green, bowls club with a healthy membership of around sixty

and are situated behind the village hall in the village of Wymeswold, North Leicestershire

(please see 'Contact Us' page for directions)

The club is renowned for its friendliness and new members are always welcome. If you are unsure

and inexperienced please feel free to come along and give it a go

There are coaching sessions for those wishing to learn the game or those who are wanting to hone their skills

If you do decide to join us it won't be long before you find yourself getting more competitive and wanting to

join one of our several teams playing in the various leagues around Loughborough and the Vale of Belvoir

If league matches are not your bag we have many friendly games arranged throughout the season, mainly

at weekends, where the atmosphere is far more relaxed but still competitive.

The Village Hall (pictured left and below) is conveniently positioned at the end of the green and enables us to offer full afternoon teas to our opponents during our friendly fixtures. It also provides us with an excellent venue for other club functions and social activities etc.
